A water traffic accident that involves at least one vessel in commercial traffic and has been reported to the authorities in accordance with the obligations laid down in the Maritime Act. The number includes accidents involving Finnish and foreign vessels in Finnish territorial waters and accidents involving Finnish vessels abroad.
